Shipping Policy
ONLINE STORE SHIPPING POLICY USA
Ground shipping in the USA is free of charges for the Customer. Express/overnight shipping will be charged to the Customer depending on the delivery shipping zone.
Shipping of available products will take place within 7 days from the order date, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Mattioli.
We invite the customers to check the shipping time reported on each product page before proceeding with the order.
Orders placed after noon (12.00), on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays, will be processed the following working day.
The unavailability of one or more products is properly stated before the purchase. Non immediately available products can still be ordered but might require a shipping time of more than 30 days, due to production time.
The shipment of the order by Mattioli S.p.A. also applies to a partial delivery, limited to the products available within those purchased.
We deliver to all the USA countries. We don't deliver to P.O. boxes in the USA.
Shipments are usually handled by UPS courier, but Mattioli may reserve the right to entrust the shipment to a different courier. Customers will be accurately informed via e-mail on the name of the courier and on their tracking number once the order is processed.
You can track your shipment on each courier web site, with the Waybill number (tracking number) sent to you via e-mail once your order is shipped.
Please note, the Waybill number will be sent to the e-mail address used for the purchase.
The goods are shipped with insured shipment. In case of damage during the shipment we kindly ask the Customer to contact our Customer Service at the email address shopusa@mattioli.it within 7 days from the delivery date. Please save all packaging, goods and invoices in order to let us verify the damage and process the claim. Our Customer Service will contact you to define the procedure.
In case of damages during the shipment, we will send a new item as replacement of the damaged one. If the item is already available in our stock the replacement of the good will take place within 10 days from the customer warning and only after receiving the damaged item from the customer at:

PAYMENT SECURITY
Mattioli S.p.A. accepts payments through Credit Card via security payment system Shopify Payments.
Credit card data are transmitted encrypted directly from the bank which authorizes the payment and are not saved in any way or any archive from Mattioli S.p.A.
The price for the purchase of the products will be charged to your credit card at the end of the transaction and accounted according to the circuit used.
