Our Warranty

Mattioli provides a 2-year warranty for all jewelry purchased online through the mattioli.it website or through one of its official retailers, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/05), articles 128 to 135. The warranty covers all issues caused by manufacturing defects and product non-conformity. Any issue or defect must be reported within two months of the malfunction occurring. All manufacturing defects must be verified and confirmed by our Quality Control technicians.
This same warranty applies throughout the European Union.
