Shipping is always complimentary, worldwide.

Available jewelry is shipped within 7 days, while bespoke creations require up to 30 days, depending on production times.

In many cases, the piece may be available and shipped more quickly.

For special requirements or dedicated deliveries, our team is entirely at your disposal.

Every order is entrusted to selected couriers and delivered with the utmost attention.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to follow your jewelry throughout its journey.

Deliveries are not made to post office boxes.

In case of partial availability, some creations may be shipped separately to ensure you receive them in the shortest time possible.

Should the product show any damage upon delivery, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days.

We kindly ask you to retain the original packaging, merchandise, and documentation received, to enable us to verify the incident.

Once the damage has been confirmed, we will arrange for the replacement of the item within 30 days of notification, upon receipt of the damaged product at our premises.
