For this reason, we offer free returns throughout the European Union, providing a simple and fully assisted experience.

You may request a return within 30 days of your order delivery.

Creations must be returned in their original condition:
unworn, perfectly intact, and complete with packaging, documents, and labels.

We kindly ask you to provide the order number and the return request.
Our team will guide you through every step, arranging the collection and addressing any needs.

Once the product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund using the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation notice as soon as the process is completed.

In the event that the conditions indicated above are not met, Mattioli reserves the right to refuse the return.
